Pork Ribs…finger-lickin’-good!

This very simple, few ingredients Pork Ribs, will have you licking your fingers in delight

1 onion, sliced

750g pork ribs

1 bottle of favourite beer

Salt and pepper

1 cup barbecue Sauce

  1. Slice onion and spread across a baking tray. 

  2. Place ribs bone side down on top of the onions and cover the lot with beer. 

  3. Season ribs with salt and pepper and then cover with foil. 

  4. Bake 180c for 3 hours

  5. When cooked, discard foil and brush ribs liberally with barbecue sauce. Place under the grill on high for 10 minutes until browned. Serve immediately.

Add your favourite salad and some garlic bread... and a glass (or two) of your favourite wine!
